In the pursuit of justice and equality, the legal profession plays a pivotal role. Yet, despite strides towards diversity and inclusivity, there remains a glaring disparity in representation, particularly concerning black attorneys. Laurie Robinson Haden, the esteemed leader of Corporate Counsel Women of Color (CCWC), recognizes this imbalance and has launched the “My Life as a Lawyer” Pre-Law Tour, aimed at empowering and inspiring the next generation of lawyers, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds.
